1. What sizes are the storage units?
We have a size to fit just about any need, from just a few items to cars and boats. The standard as well as temperature-controlled unit sizes range as small as 5x5 and as large as 10x40 and even larger.
2. Will I need to sign a long term lease?
No,we rent on a month-to-month basis unless the customer prefers a long term.
3. Can I pay with a credit card?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards and of course we accept personal checks, cashier checks, money orders as well as cash.
4. When do I have access to my unit?
The storage facility is controlled by an electronic gate operating system. Each customer selects their own personal gate code that allows them to access their unit 7 days a week.
5. Do you provide a lock?
Yes, we utilize a cylinder locking system (instead of padlocks). The locking system is one of the safest in the industry and we provide them free of charge.
6. Are my contents insured?
No, our policy does not cover your stored contents. If you have a home owners or business policy you may be covered, but contact your carrier to be sure. Not all carriers cover items stored off premises. We can refer you to a very reputable and affordable insurance company that can provide you with insurance coverage the day you move into your unit.
7. Will I have to climb stairs to get to my unit?
No, if you don't want to. Most of our units are on ground level, you would simply pull your vehicle up to the unit door.

8. Does the facility have lights?
Yes, the entire facility is lit from dawn to til dusk. Lights are provided to enhance the facility as well as provide light for those who can not come to the facility during daylight hours.
9. Is there a fence around the facility?
Yes, the entire facility is fenced to discourage anyone without a personal gate code from entering.
10. Are the units insulted?
Yes, the ceiling is insulted to prevent condensation from forming on the ceiling and on the contents below.
11. Can a commerical moving van access my storage?
Yes, we can accommodate a semi-tractor trailer. |
